Payment Information
- Payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking upon receipt of invoice from Bonjour Alice Tutoring.
- Accepted methods: Bank Transfer (other methods may be arranged)
- Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your lesson details.
- An official invoice will be provided for all payments.
Cancellation Policy
- Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less notice will be charged in full.
- Package lessons are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within their validity period.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£). If you are outside the United Kingdom, your payment provider may apply conversion fees.
